2016 Jeep Wrangler Owner's Manual

The Jeep Wrangler 4xe JL has the canonical SUV format: a square body with a ladder frame on the chassis, removable doors and roof, and a familiar exterior. The Wrangler JL has been produced with these features since 2018, but they removed the diesel engine in 2022, now standing for the 4xe Plug-in gasoline version. The JL version is the next generation of the JK version, which was released back in 2007. The appearance of the new version has changed, the grille has a slope, and its external slats now intersect with Magnetti Marelli headlights. The windshield has a fundamentally different design – it is held in the upper part of the frame with 4 bolts, which allows its removal much easier. As for the cabin, the dashboard is not so dull now, the solid metal and high quality plastic ensure reliability, and the central console is more open and informative than the compact version in the previous model.
Finishing with the interior we can not fail to mention the proprietary, multimedia system Uconnect with an 8.8-inch display. In addition to it, in the center of the dashboard, there is a 7-inch TFT display. The power plant is presented in the form of a 2-liter turbocharged engine, eight-speed automatic transmission, and two traction electric motors. By the way, the electric motors are not auxiliary, and full, they successfully cope with the conquest of off-road in Selec-Trac or Rock-Trac modes and full drive.
